Miracle Ritual is a wellness app that gives you a complete daily routine for
body, mind and mood in five minutes. It is built on the science of habit

## What the five minutes are

- **1 minute — Body.** Sun Salutation. A 12-movement yoga sequence that
  stretches the whole body.
- **3 minutes — Mind.** Trataka. Single-point focus training; your mind goes
  where your focus goes.
- **1 minute — Mood.** Mood flashcards. The thoughts you repeat every day
  become the person you become.

## Why it works

Willpower runs out for everyone, so the app never asks for it. It uses the
habit loop — cue, routine, reward — and keeps the routine small enough that
doing it is easier than skipping it. Miss a day and nothing breaks, but you
roughly double the time it takes to get where you are going.
